What kind of programs can I run on Dosen?

Dosen is designed to allow you to run any program that solves the challenge you’re facing. The first program we suggest that every one of our clients launches is a ‘Company Onboarding’ program where the employee is welcomed to and educated about the company, its mission and its people. From there we assess your companies needs and recommend programs that drive continued purpose and alignment as your employees continues their journey in your Company including Mentorship programs, Management programs, Leadership programs, Training programs, Institutional knowledge programs and Role transition programs

We can move as quickly as you can. We’ve launched programs in less than a week. Some clients really personalize their program and record great employee videos and draft materials from their goals and best practices. We can do as much of that as you need us to and still have you live in a few weeks.

If you don’t have the resources to build or run your programs, we can provide you with Program Build and Program Management support. We’ll take care of everything and you can watch the ROI grow.

Dosen is currently available on web with iOS and Android native apps coming very soon.
