Situation

EFN partnered with Esade Business School (4th best Business School for Executive Education worldwide) to execute a mentor-based accelerator for 40 women entrepreneurs in Spain.

Challenge

The EFN team manually managed their prior programs through email, zoom and many other apps. Engagement in programs was hard to track, as was ensuring user accountability to get the most out of the quality of the mentors.

Solution

We onboarded EFN mentors to the Dosen platform in a week. When female entrepreneurs joined the program they were instantly matched and their personal plan installed The value of the experience was seen instantly with more than 100 connections and 1,500 messages shared.

Results

Over the course of the program more than $50k worth of advice was shared with female entrepreneurs. Engagement in the program exceeded 92% with the quality of the advice from EFN mentors recognized by the 4.9 (out of 5) user satisfaction rating.
