We built Dosen because we lived what happens when a team scales faster than its structures can support. When Ronan grew a team at Paddy Power from 30 to 250 people, the metrics fell off a cliff. Talented people left. Tribunals followed.
It didn't have to happen that way, and we built Dosen so it doesn't happen to you.
